Every 4 years since 2008, Florentaise’s management has been bringing together members of staff to develop the company’s vision and business strategy for the short and medium term. In January 2016, a new collective vision was agreed upon by this committee:

“Together, let's create sustainable solutions to be able to nurture and improve plant life on a more fertile Earth.”

 

This vision has given rise to 7 main ambitions for the 5 coming years :

  1. Innovation: Create new products and define new markets, while guaranteeing expertise and high quality
  2. Human development: improve working conditions, employee well-being, safety, employee recognition, motivation and team cohesion
  3. Communication: Both in-house and outside of the company
  4. Environment and sustainable development: zero plastic, zero waste
  5. Trade and international development: develop new markets and complementary activities
  6. Organisation: structure, optimise and maximise efficiency
  7. Performance: economic and industrial
